Our firm has adopted the FAIR Model as a business framework to increase your access to our services. We are the only law firm in Northeast Arkansas offering this service! This approach moves away from traditional, high-retainer, and lumpsum billing methods, instead employing automated, flexible payment structures to make legal services more accessible to you and your family! You can make flexible monthly payments towards your retainer and account balance when you get paid! By utilizing smaller initial retainers paired with automated, recurring payment plans, you can secure vital legal help for custody disputes, divorces, or criminal defense without facing financial ruin or taking on predatory debt.

Don’t need full scope representation; no problem! If you only need our help on a limited basis, our Limited Scope Representation (LSR or “Unbundled Services”) allows you to hire our firm for specific parts of your case while you handle the rest. Think of this as a la carte legal services! This approach provides professional protection without the cost of a traditional full-service retainer. This type of legal service is authorized by Rule 1.2(c) of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct.

*Must qualify for LSR services, qualification dependent on legal matters, facts, and other considerations during consultation. Final decision to offer LSR services is at the sole discretion of CLM Law Firm.

Full-scope Representation (FSR) – We handle everything!

Unbundled Services (LSR) – We only do a part; you handle the rest!

Sign a Full or Limited Scope Agreement:

FSR: Together we develop a Full Scope Agreement with reoccurring payments which will outline deliverables (checkpoints) upon payment percentages being met. These plans require setup with automated reoccurring payment drafts. Depending on case type and urgency of situation, your case may require a certain percentage of fees paid before any legal work begins.

LSR: Together we develop Limited Scope Agreement. You purchase the services you need, and we move forward per the terms of our agreement on your case. You can pay overtime or in full. Our services will start upon signing agreement and payment terms have been met. Like FSR cases, your case may require a certain percentage of fees paid before any legal work begins.
